Conversion Optimization 

Employ a testing system to convert passive visitors/users into engaged visitors/users and customers. We use tools like Optimizely, LuckyOrange, Hotjar, and Google Analytics Experiments to test landing pages, web copy, and designs.

We utilize usability testing to gather empirical data about your target audience using your products. We ask them to perform specific tasks, have them speak aloud, and measure and evaluate their performance relative to those specific tasks.

We perform heuristics evaluations to identify usability problems based on established usability principles and best practices.

We use the 5 second test to get immediate feedback and first impressions on webs designs. It involves showing a webpage/landing page for 5 seconds to a tester who represents your target audience. We then ask testers a series of questions about what they saw in those 5 seconds.
